Congratulations on your interest in joining our family as a 420 Fire Hub Leader. Please take the time to prayerfully read through everything on this page so that you may gain a better understanding of what we expect from our leaders, and what our leaders can expect from us. Our hub leaders operate in the highest standards of integrity, excellence, and perseverance to effectively disciple those in their circles of influence. They are the example to their hub, and to the community around them both locally and nationally of a Godly leader.
Integrity:
Honest and having strong moral principles and moral uprightness in all things.
Excellence:
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” (Col 3:23)
Perseverance:
Not giving up when things get tough. (Having backbone, not wishbone.)
In Matthew 28:19, Jesus tells us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…”. Discipleship is reproducing the Godly character in you in others. (Multiplying the kingdom.)
The following are the expectations we have of our 420 Fire hub leaders:
- Always put God first, then your spouse (if married), family and lastly, ministry.
- Live an honorable and holy lifestyle unto the Lord whether at home, work, with your online presence (social media*) or any interaction you have. *Social media presents a unique challenge to maintain holiness, as even a “like” of a post not in alignment with Godly character can become a stumbling block to a brother or sister.
- Be known for your love of the body of Christ everywhere, and especially pray for your 420 Fire family and leaders locally and across the world.
- Commit to hosting at least one ‘meeting’ per month, whether a Bible study, gathering or whatever that ‘meeting’ looks like.
- Receive an offering at your meetings and tithe back to 420 Fire International from your gifts. (For example, you receive $100, you then tithe from that to 420 Fire. You are not expected to give your whole offering as your hub will need finances to operate as well.)
- Continually lead the way for your hub’s outreach into the community, taking initiative to connect with others and be known as the tip of the spear for problem solving.
- Cultivate relationships with other hub leaders and 420 Fire members through open lines of communication and by attending the yearly 420 Fire Family Reunion. Participate in other schools, ministry opportunities, training, and mentoring opportunities as available.
- Communicate regularly and frequently with your mentor/coach who will help guide you to be accountable and Holy Spirit led as you build, maintain, and grow your hub.
What you can expect from the 420 Fire International elders/leaders:
- Family! Being aligned with 420 Fire means you are connected to people all going the same direction with one heart to see the world saved, operating under the same corporate anointing that God has graced 420 Fire with.
- Prayer! We are invested in seeing our leaders grow and succeed in the call on their lives.
- Access to the leadership team through regular communication and encouragement.
- Commitment to the same Godly standards we expect from all our leaders.
- Transparency and solid financial oversight.
- Growth! We love to see our leaders develop in their giftings and step up into the next level of leadership. From becoming a mentor/coach, to ordination, the goal of advancement in your life is to advance the kingdom of God and help to start, train, and mobilize new works throughout America and the world.

Upon completion of the interview, our leadership team will be in contact, to let you know if you have been selected to lead a 420 Fire hub.
If you have been selected, you will receive further information about fulfilling the expectations and how to stay connected and accountable to the team through your mentor/coach.
